- Roast sesame seeds on a small flame. Blend them into a smooth paste with garlic and a few tablespoons of olive oil
- Blend the Turkish peas adding a half of the liquid of the pea can. Add sesame paste, both kind tomatos, chopped greens, a piece of chili, a bit of salt and cumin
- Blend it all in a smooth mass, taste it and add salt or honey if you want to
- Put the paste in a small dish, decorate with Turkish peas, pour over with the resto f olive oil. It tastes great with “Selga” salty wafers with taste of tomatos and basil.
If you don’t like parsley, chili or cumin, do not use it. Instead of canned Turkish peas you can use boiled ones.
